Vendors can be automatically notified when a payment is processed and again when funds are deposited.

Each confirmation includes a detailed remittance PDF with invoice information, payment amounts, processing and deposit dates, and check numbers (for paper checks).

You can configure remittance recipients directly in the Vendor Profile or during payment preparation.

Improved Bill Filtering has officially rolled out to all Procurify Accounts Payable customers. This update introduces granular, item-level search capabilities to help teams manage complex workloads and high-volume bill processing with higher precision.

Users can now multi-select vendors and filter the bill list by Location or Department. Unlike standard filters, these new options scan individual line-item account codes to surface relevant bills—ensuring complete visibility even when a single invoice is split across multiple business units.

Approval Pools streamlines your approval flow from a rigid, sequential process into a flexible, collaborative system. Instead of sending a request to a single approver, the entire group is notified and the first person to take action finalizes the decision for that level, ensuring your requests never get stuck waiting for a single busy approver.

We’ve also introduced RFO header editing. Users can now edit key details directly on a pending order request. Fix simple header mistakes instantly without having to deny and resubmit the entire request.

Note: Direct Debit payments through Procurify have $0 transaction fees today, which helps you save on bank charges. If fees are ever introduced, we'll provide at least 90 days notice so you can plan ahead.
