Your US-issued Spending Cards can now be used worldwide — wherever Visa is accepted. This opens the door for seamless international purchases and broader control over distributed spending.

If you use McMaster-Carr to purchase hardware, tools, raw materials, industrial materials, and maintenance equipment, the new PunchOut integration lets you shop directly from McMaster-Carr and add shopping cart items directly to Procurify for approval. No extra steps—browse, order, and approve all in one place!

Spend Insights is now available as a permission for any user role. Previously exclusive to Superusers, this lets more members of your team gain in-depth, flexible visibility into your organization’s spend data and make data-informed decisions.

Superusers can grant permissions to different roles directly from user settings. Access is entirely configurable, ensuring each role only sees the data most relevant to their role. This means you can customize which dashboards and specific locations or departments each user can access and view.

We’ve revamped your Create & Manage Bills Page so you can now add unbilled PO items to your bill without needing to know the PO number.

• Instant purchase after approval: Once the request is approved, items are purchased immediately through McKesson USA. Requesters no longer need to wait for the Purchasers to place the order.

• Automatic PO creation: With instant purchasing, automatic Purchase Order creation occurs once the Purchase Order is approved. This removes the manual process while increasing accuracy.

Great news! You can now mark bills as paid in your AP dashboard to manage payments made outside the platform.

Key benefits:

• Ensure payments made outside the Procurify platform are accurately reflected in your accounts payable.
• Filter paid bills by payment date to easily track payments across different date ranges.

Note:

Bills that have payments already attached to them are not able to be marked as paid.
