Imagine having all your bills in one place, neatly organized and ready for payment. No more juggling multiple platforms or feeling overwhelmed by paperwork. Exciting, right?

For all our US and Canadian customers, we’ve rolled out a Beta program allowing you to process bill payments right from Procurify for a seamless, end-to-end bill payment experience. US customers can now pay with ACH, check, and wire transfers, while Canadian customers can send EFT transfers directly within the platform.

Key benefits:

  • Streamlined workflow: Instead of navigating various systems, you’ll find everything you need within Procurify. From requesting to payment execution, you can achieve it all within Procurify.
  • Reduced confusion: Say goodbye to the days of lost invoices or missed payments. With Bill Pay Consolidation, you’ll have a clear overview of outstanding bills, due dates, and payment status.

Tired of error-prone and cumbersome processes when manually uploading contracts to Procurify? With our new AI-enhanced smart upload feature, data now gets extracted automatically from your PDF files—including vendor, currency, and payment terms. With batch processing, you can now also upload up to FIVE contracts at the same time!

Key benefits:

  • Automatic data extraction: Extract information from uploaded contract files in a few seconds thanks to AI, turning a time-consuming manual entry process into a seamless, automated flow.
  • Batch processing: Upload and process up to 5 contracts simultaneously, enhancing efficiency.
  • Error handling and notifications: Get immediate feedback on processing status, including alerts for uploads that exceed limits or fail due to size constraints, and notifications for successful or incomplete data extraction.
  • Auto-match extracted data against existing records such as vendors, payment terms and currency.
