Instead of sending a request to a single approver, the entire group is notified and the first person to take action finalizes the decision for that level, ensuring your requests never get stuck waiting for a single busy approver.

We’ve also introduced RFO header editing. Users can now edit key details directly on a pending order request. Fix simple header mistakes instantly without having to deny and resubmit the entire request.
